Job Description:
Branded Business Models is seeking a meticulous and motivated Analyst to join our team. This role involves a focus on analytics, accounting and compliance, requiring a strong aptitude for numbers, mathematics, and law. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth and success of our company by ensuring accurate and timely analytics and data analysis, tax filings and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be ready to wear multiple hats within the organization related to your skill sets.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities.
  • Analyze data to find trends and suggest solutions in multiple business areas.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper tax accounting.
  • Assist in audits and resolve tax-related issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of tax strategies.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of tax documents.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • General understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Desire to work with large data sets and analytics platforms.
